Tiffany Ogren joined Pica9 as the Vice President of Customer Success in Fall, 2016. As the leader of CampaignDrive’s customer facing teams, including Customer Success Managers, Support Specialists, and Implementation Specialists, Tiffany’s responsibilities include delivering the highest level of service and value possible to Pica9’s customers, from implementation to personalized goal fulfillment and beyond.
Prior to joining Pica9, Tiffany gained 10 years of experience in Customer Success and Account Management, as well as Sales and Marketing management. She brings strong experience in e-commerce, email and social media marketing, digital marketing, and web design industries. Tiffany’s previous employment includes ChannelAdvisor Corporation, iContact, and Vocus PR. Her experience in SaaS business models is a great addition, ensuring that we are laser-focused on delivering what our clients need with highest efficiency.
Tiffany’s formal education includes degrees in general education as well as fine arts.
